Bringing you closer

The connector automatically monitors all 'cases' and transfers them to Bugzilla should they escalate to 'bug' status. The cycle is closed when a 'bug status report' is sent back from Bugzilla to the client-facing end of the process, allowing Sales, Support or Operations to update the client as to the bug life cycle (resolution, tasks, team leader, etc.) and scheduled release date.
