IConduct Jira Connector supports the complete 'case-to-bug' cycle by creating seamless integration between all relevant systems. When a 'case' is reported in your support applications following a client interaction, it is automatically monitored by IConduct. If the 'case' escalates to 'bug' status, it is transferred to Jira with all the necessary data, including screen-shots and attachments provided by the client. The cycle is closed when a bug status report is sent back from Jira to the client-facing end of the process, allowing Sales/Support/Operations to update the client as to the bug life cycle (issues, tasks, team leader, etc.) and scheduled release date.
The IConduct Jira Connector allows you to integrate Jira cloud or on-premise with any other business application with zero-coding and absolutely no need to 'dive into' the API. Simply drag & drop entities and fields to create custom processes between Jira and Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk or any other application, in just a few clicks.
IConduct Jira Connector was designed to be fully compatible and supported by the official Jira API, creating an application-based integration, rather than a DB connection.
